Tasks

Tasks are pre-planned events with a defined completion time

For example:

• Remind Silver team about daily meeting 7/7/2025 @ 15:30

  Tasks can be stand-alone or part of a Milestone list

Create a Task using the builder-tool

All logs with no milestone will appear in their grey column - to add a new Task, or your first Task, click on the '+' symbol.

• Complete the details, add a category, due date and due time.

  You can also add tasks to existing Milestones using the same method - click on the '+' under the Milestone you want to edit

Import a list of tasks using the .csv template.

To import from a file, click Import logs from CSV Your file must be in the correct format - you can download the template file to help you.
